Our 70% Cook's Chocolate is ideal for use in chocolate recipes because of its high content of cocoa solids - a combination of cocoa mass, which gives the chocolate its intense flavour, and cocoa butter, which gives it a smooth consistency for easier melting. Each piece of chocolate weighs 150g so there is no need to get out the scales. Organic and fairtrade cooking chocolate.
