About these terms

These terms apply to your use of kurlective.com ("Kurlective"). Kurlective is a trading name of Roarfill Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15338099), registered office 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. What Kurlective is

Kurlective is a product discovery and referral site. We help you find products and link you to the retailers that sell them. We do not sell products, take payments, process orders, ship goods or handle returns. When you follow a link and buy something, your contract is with the retailer, on the retailer's own terms, and the retailer is responsible for the price, stock, delivery, returns, refunds and the product itself.

Product information

Product details, images, prices and availability come from retailers and their product feeds, or from third-party product data providers. We update them regularly, but they can change or be out of date. Always check the details on the retailer's website before you buy; the retailer's information applies to your purchase.

Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some links on Kurlective are affiliate links. If you follow one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or from an affiliate network such as AWIN, CJ, Impact or Amazon Associates. This does not change the price you pay. As an Amazon Associate, Kurlective earns from qualifying purchases. Read more in our affiliate disclosure.

Using the site

You may use Kurlective for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not scrape, copy or republish the site's content in bulk, interfere with how the site works, use it for anything unlawful, or try to generate fake clicks or referrals.

Our content

The site design, text we write and our curation are owned by Roarfill Ltd or our licensors. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the products and retailers concerned. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Third-party websites

Links take you to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.

Our responsibility to you

We provide Kurlective free of charge and "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will always be accurate, complete or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss arising from a purchase you make from a retailer, or from relying on product information shown on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
