Embark on a journey through time with the Copperfield Volume One Juniper Rich Gin, the inaugural expression of a distinguished series. Meticulously crafted in Surrey, this London Dry Gin draws direct inspiration from a historic 1757 recipe. It presents a classic juniper-forward profile with remarkable complexity. True to its name, the aroma is an authentic invitation: a robust scent of freshly crushed juniper berries, elegantly supported by delicate elderflower and crisp lemon zest. These are deepened by sophisticated, earthy notes from orris and angelica root, and warmed by a subtle spice from cubeb berries, caraway, and cardamom. On the palate, the experience is authoritative and exceptionally smooth. Pronounced juniper unfolds to reveal layers of citrus, mild floral tones, and a captivating peppery spice, leading to a long, clean, and satisfyingly dry finish. Masterfully crafted as a 'sipping gin,' savour it neat or over ice to appreciate its intricate layers. Its impeccable balance also makes it an unparalleled foundation for the most revered cocktails, from a crystal-clear Martini to a perfect Gin & Tonic. At 40% ABV, this 70cl bottle is a liquid history lesson and a testament to timeless craftsmanship. Contains sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Enjoy responsibly.
